Pumpkin Tissue Paper Craft

Materials

  • Pumpkin craft template (available for download below)
  • Tissue paper (orange and green)
  • Green paper
  • Glue
  • Scissors

Instructions

First, download and print out the free pumpkin craft template, which you can find at the bottom of this page.

Next, cut orange and green tissue paper into small pieces.

Working in sections, apply glue to the pumpkin, lightly crinkle pieces or orange tissue paper, and stick them to the glue.

Continue until the whole pumpkin is covered in orange tissue paper.

Now to make the stem! Cover the stem in glue, lightly crinkle green tissue paper, and stick the tissue paper to the glue.

Cut out around the pumpkin.

To make the pumpkin’s vines, cut narrow strips on green paper.

Pull each strip of green paper gently along the blade of a pair of scissors to curl the paper, just like you would do to curl a ribbon.

Glue the curly paper vines to the top of the pumpkin next to the stem.
