First, download and print out the Taj Mahal 3D craft template. If you want to color or decorate your Taj Mahal craft you can do that now.

Next, cut out around the outside of all of the template pieces.

Fold all of the tabs and along the dotted lines.

Use the tabs to attach the sides and front of the building to the top and bottom.

Fold the small domes over and glue the two sides together.

Attach the domes to the top of the building using the tabs. The large dome should be in the center with the small domes in each of the four corners.

Fold the towers gently down the middle. Fold the bottom tabs backwards.

If desired, you can leave your craft as is and leave the towers freestanding.

To make your towers more secure, attach the main building and towers to the background page. Color the long middle rectangle blue to represent the water in the reflecting pool and the two outer strips green to be the grass.

Now your Taj Mahal 3D craft is complete! This is such a fun way to learn about India while you make one of the most famous landmarks in the world.
