“You’re The Queen Bee” Mother’s Day Card Craft

Show mom how loved she is the Mother’s Day with this adorable “queen bee” card craft!

This craft is so simple to make using the free template and the end result is a sweet, homemade gift for mom or another loved women in your child’s life.

It also makes a great birthday or Valentine’s Day gift for mom or grandma, or a just a way to let someone know they are loved!

Queen Bee Card Craft

Materials

• Queen bee card craft
• Blue paper
• Markers or colored pencils
• Scissors

Instructions

First, download and print out the queen bee craft template, which you can find by scrolling to the bottom of this page.

Now use markers or colored pencils to color the bee yellow, the “You’re a Queen Bee” honeycomb in a color of your choice, and the crown yellow or gold. You can either color the wing templates or trace them onto colored paper, which is what we did.

Cut out the pieces of the template.

Fold the two parts of the bee in half to form one bee card.

Trace the wing templates onto blue or black paper and cut them out.

Glue the crown to the bee’s head and the wings to the bee’s sides (behind the first layer of the card).

Glue the honey comb message to the bee’s body.

Take a black marker and draw arms holding the honeycomb and antennae onto the bee’s head.

Finally write a personalized note inside the card!

Now your adorable queen bee card is complete and ready to gift. This is one present that mom will love to receive this Mother’s Day!
