Panda Bear Paper Plate Craft

Materials

  • Panda bear craft template
  • Paper plate
  • Colored paper (black, green)
  • Scissors
  • Glue

Instructions

First, download and print out the free panda bear craft template, which you can find at the bottom of this page.

Next, cut out all the pieces of the template.

Take the panda head from the template and trace it onto your paper plate, then cut it out.

Now trace the ears, nose, eye patches, and arms onto black paper.

Cut out all the black pieces.

Glue the ears to the back of the panda’s head.

Now glue the eye patches to the panda’s face.

Next, glue the eyes inside the eye patches and glue the nose below the eye patches.

To complete the face, use a black pen to draw a mouth on the panda.

Apply some glue to the top of the arm pieces and attach them to the back of the paper plate so that they hand below the face.

Last of all, let’s make a piece of bamboo for our panda to hold!

Trace the bamboo stem and leaf pieces from the template on a piece of green paper.

Use a green colored pencil or marker to draw a few horizonal lines on the stem to represent the segments of the plant.

Glue the leaves onto the stem.

Use glue to attach the bamboo stick to the back of one of the panda’s hands so it looks like your panda is holding the bamboo.
