“I Love You Berry Much” Strawberry Card Craft

This “I Love You Berry Much!” strawberry card craft combines creativity and cuteness!

Strawberry Card Craft

Materials

  • Strawberry card craft template
  • Colored paper (green and red)
  • White paint
  • Qtip
  • Marker or colored pencil
  • Scissors
  • Glue

Introduction

Let’s make our adorable strawberry card to gift!

First, download and print out the strawberry card template, which you can find by scrolling to the bottom of this page.

Color in the heart on the template in a color of your choice.

Now cut out all the pieces of the template.

Trace the strawberry from the template onto red paper and cut it out.

Now trace the leafy top of the strawberry onto green paper and cut it out as well.

Fold the strawberry cutout in half to make one strawberry.

Now it’s time to make the seeds on your strawberry.

Dip your Q-tip into white paint and carefully dot it over your strawberry to make the seeds.

Let the paint dry for a few minutes, then glue the green leafy top onto the strawberry.

Now you can make the cute face on your strawberry! First, glue the eyes onto the strawberry, then use a pen to draw on a mouth.

Cut four thins strips of green paper, about 2 inches long. Fold the pieces accordion style.

Glue the hands onto the ends of two of the green strips and the feet onto the end of the other two strips.

Now glue the arms to the sides on the back and the legs to the bottom on the back.

Take the heart that says, “I love you berry much!” and glue it to one of the hands so that it looks like the strawberry is holding it.

Last of all, open up the card and write a sweet note inside!

And now your adorable card craft is complete!

Instructions

  1. Download and print out the strawberry craft template.
  2. Color in the heart, then cut out all the pieces of the template.
  3. Trace the strawberry template onto the red paper and the leafy top template onto the green paper. Cut out the pieces.
  4. Fold the strawberry cutout in half to form the card.
  5. Dip the Q-tip in white paint and press to the strawberry to make the seeds.
  6. Glue the leafy green top onto the strawberry.
  7. Glue the eyes onto the strawberry and use a pen to draw a mouth.
  8. Cut four thin strips of green paper (approximately 2" long) and fold them accordion style.
  9. Glue the hands onto the ends of two of the strips and the feet onto the other two. Then glue the legs to the back of the card on the bottom and the arms to the back of the card on the sides.
  10. Write a heartfelt note inside the card!
