First, download and print out the free flower craft template (available for download at the bottom of this page).

Now pick out a few flower colors and trace your child’s handprint onto the paper.

Glue the bottom of the stems to the top of the pot on the back and glue the leaves to the stems.

Last, glue the handprints onto the stems for your flowers.

Completed handprint flower craft

If you’re using this with our “Thank you for helping me grow” template, glue the flower pot to that paper. (In this case, I would recommend waiting to add the handprint flowers until you have already glued the pot to the paper so that you can arrange them in a way that won’t block the text on the paper).

This paper handprint flower craft is a versatile and heartfelt project that’s perfect for a variety of special occasions or just for fun.

With the provided free template, you and your kids can create beautiful, personalized gifts that will bring joy to mothers, fathers, teachers, or anyone special in your life.
