Materials
- Carrot handprint craft printable
- Green and orange paper
- Pencil
- Scissors
- Glue
Instructions
First, download and print out the carrot printable template found at the bottom of this page. This is optional, as it is easy to cut out a carrot shape without a template. However, if your child is doing this part on their own, they might benefit from having a carrot shape to trace.
Trace your child’s hand onto green paper and cut it out.
Cut out the carrot shape from the template, trace it onto orange paper, and cut it out.
Glue the green handprint to the top of the carrot shape on the back.
Use an orange marker to draw lines on the body of the carrot to give it that creased carroty look.
And that’s all there is to it! Your carrot craft is complete! This craft couldn’t be easier to make, and it’s a fun craft for even the littlest of kids.
