Sheep Tissue Paper Craft

Materials

  • Sheep craft printable
  • White tissue paper
  • Tan or pink marker or colored pencil
  • Glue
  • Scissors

Instructions

First download and print out the sheep craft printable template. You can find it by scrolling to the bottom of this page and entering your email the form.

Once you have your sheep template, it’s time to color the sheep’s face, ears, and feet. You could leave this white if you want to, but we thought that the contrast with the tissue paper looked nice. Use a tan or light pink marker or colored pencil. Also color the sheep’s hooves black.

Now it’s time to make the sheep’s wooly coat! Take white tissue paper (this is a perfect way to recycle tissue paper from gifts!) and cut it into small pieces (I cut mine into approximately 1″x1″ squares).

Cover a section of the sheep’s coat in glue, then gently crinkle up a piece of tissue paper and stick it to the glue.

Continue until all of the sheep’s coat is covered in crinkled tissue paper. This gives it a great textured, wooly look!

And this point, you can leave your sheet craft just like this! OR…

…you can cut out around the outside of the sheep.

Seriously, could this little guy be any cuter?! Now your adorable sheep craft is complete, ready to be used as a lamb for your Easter decorations or part of your farm animal learning.
