Witch Paper Plate Craft

Materials

  • Witch craft template (available for download below)
  • Paper plate
  • Skin colored paint
  • Black paper
  • Markers or colored pencils
  • Scissors
  • Glue

Instructions

First you need to download and print out the free witch craft printable template, which you can find at the bottom of this page.

Paint the paper plate skin colored (I used a mix of white and brown paint to make the color I used). Let the plate dry.

While the plate is drying, color the band on the hat. Use markers or colored pencils to color the band purple and the buckle yellow.

Cut out all the pieces of the template.

Trace the hat template onto black paper and trace the hair pieces onto brown paper.

Cut these pieces out.

Cut out the inner circle of your paper plate.

Glue the band onto the black hat.

Now it’s time to put the witch together! First, glue the witch’s hair (just the part with the bangs) and eyes onto the witch’s head.

Use a black pen to draw on the witch’s mouth, nose, and eyebrows.

Trim off the sides of the witch’s face so that they are even with her hair on top of her head.

Finally, glue the witch’s bun to the side of her head.

And there you have it, your very own enchanting witch paper plate craft!

This delightful project is not only easy to make but also a fantastic way to celebrate Halloween with your little ones.

Display their witchy creations around the house or use them as part of your Halloween decorations.

We hope you and your kids have a magical time crafting together!
