Turkey Handprint Craft
Materials
- Turkey handprint craft template (available for download below)
- Colored paper
- Scissors
- Glue
Instructions
First, download and print out the free turkey handprint craft template, which you can find at the bottom of this page.
Next, cut out all the pieces of the template.
Trace the pieces of the template onto colored paper (or color the pieces from the template itself). Trace the turkey body onto brown paper, the feet, beak, and wings onto orange or yellow paper, and the snood onto red paper. Cut out all the pieces.
Trace your child’s hand onto colored paper multiple times (we used orange, yellow, and red paper).
Cut out the handprints.
Now it’s time to assemble your turkey!
First, glue the eyes, beak, and snood to the turkey’s face. Then glue the feet and wings onto the turkey.
Finally, glue the handprints onto the back of the turkey to make the turkey’s wings.
Use a brown marker to draw the feathers onto the wings.
And now your adorable handprint turkey craft is complete!
