Father’s Day Tie Card
Materials
- Father’s Day tie card printable (download below)
- Colored paper
- Scissors
- Glue
Instructions
First, download and print out the free Father’s Day tie card printable (available for download at the bottom of this page).
Next, cut out the card, the tie, and the collar.
At this point, you can either use the cut out card and collar to make a white shirt or, if you want a colored shirt, trace them onto colored paper and cut them out.
Fold the card in half.
Trace the tie onto colored paper and cut it out.
Also cut out some embellishments, which could be dots, stripes, stars, etc. to give your tie some flair.
Glue the embellishments onto the tie.
Glue the collar onto the card, leaving the points of the collar free.
Glue the tie beneath the gap in the collar.
Now it’s time to open the card up and write a special Father’s Day message inside!
And just like that, your card is done and ready for gifting. This is a card that kids will be excited to gift and dads, uncles, and grandpas will love to receive!

- Cut out the card, the tie, and the collar.
- At this point, you can either use the cut out card and collar to make a white shirt or, if you want a colored shirt, trace them onto colored paper and cut them out. Fold the card in half.
- Trace the tie onto colored paper and cut it out.
- Cut out some embellishments(dots, stripes, stars, etc.)and glue them onto the tie.
- Glue the collar onto the card, leaving the points of the collar free, then glue the tie beneath the gap in the collar.
- Write a note inside!
