  • Paper plate
  • Black or grey paint
  • Markers or colored pencils
  • Scissors
  • Glue

Instructions

First, download and print out the free bat craft printable, which you can find at the bottom of this page.

Paint your paper plate black and let it dry.

While the plate dries, color the bat’s ears pink. Pick the mouth you want for your bat and color the tongue pink or red, and the rest of the mouth black.

Cut out all the pieces of the template.

Trace the bat template onto the black paper plate and cut it out.

Now it’s time to bring your bat to life! Glue the eyes, ears, and mouth onto your bat.

Now your bat craft is complete!
